2021 Christmas Gift Guide

Somehow it's that time of year again. I'm not usually one to fuss over Christmas, but this year, it feels important to celebrate and enjoy this time. I am passionate about supporting small and local and there are many wonderful businesses selling beautiful, thoughtful products.

I have put together a 2021 small business gift guide to celebrate and share with you some remarkable wellbeing products for loved ones and yourself this Christmas.

Best of You Co.

Fellow Northamptonian, Siobhan, makes health and beauty products designed to bring moments of joy to your life and boost your wellbeing.

Her products range from bath salts to pillow mists and are all handmade with thought and care that reflects her joy in sharing small ways to live a better life.

Maggie Cross

When I found Maggie's jewellery last year, I couldn't wait to get my hands on her beautiful pieces. I wear my Welsh dragon necklace almost everyday as a comforting reminder of my favourite place in the world.

Her jewellery is fun and brings a smile to my face whenever I see her pieces, something I think we definitely need at this time!

The Little Things

A 50 card deck of promoting cards that evokes a deep appreciation for the little things in life in our ever-growing busy lives.

The cards are there for you to take a mindful pause in your day to remember that life is beautiful.

Whether taking a moment of pause to read a card or spending a little longer with the deck to journal, draw, paint, dance or meditate, the applications are endless.

Little Stories of Your Life

As a lover of photography and all things creative, Little Stories of Your Life is an "exploration of storytelling, creativity, moment and self.

Over the past couple of years, I've found solace in taking photographs of the world around me and have found a new way to connect with it. In her book, author Laura Pashby perfectly encapsulates the joy I found of taking photos of my simple everyday. That we are important storytellers of our own life and that our stories are enough.

An interactive book, it is full of creative exercises that will inspire you to pick up your camera and pen and use words and photographs to capture little moments from your own life.

The Almanac

If you, like me, love connecting to each month of the year then The Almanac is for you.

A twelve month tool kit to inspire you to 'celebrate, mark and appreciate each month of the year in your own particular way'. Expect to track moon phases, meteor-spotting recommendations, learn about folklore, create seasonal recipes and learn about the tides.

Tarot with Ellie

New year is a great way to begin again. My new years eve is always spent holding a ritual of letting go and letting in and cards have been an important part to guide me through the process.

For those that are looking to dip their toes into the guidance of tarot, I would highly recommend Ellie's readings. Her kind, warm nature and supportive energy makes her readings fun, light-hearted, honest and friendly. She covers a range of topics to help you align, connect and find clarity in whatever you are seeking.
